The location was amazing. We were close to everything. the in-room washer and dryer were absolute lifesavers. i also really appreciated the helpful and friendly staff. i enjoyed that the hotel provided a relaxing area on the lobby floor too. the breakfast each morning was so yummy. there were so many food options.

I noticed a faint smell in my room sometimes, possibly from the bathroom or the washer. It was hard to pinpoint. also, my clothes never fully dried after several laundry loads, even after adjusting the settings. it was a bit frustrating

this hotel is very near a train station, what a win! several convenience stores are also in the vicinity, i visited them a few times! there is a mini-market right next to the hotel entrance too.

The room was bigger than i expected, i appreciated the modern design. the staff members were very helpful. They provided clear directions and assistance. pola bath products added a luxurious touch, it was a treat. i really liked the hotel being very clean.

the polyester bedsheets were somewhat uncomfortable. they could have been a bit softer for better sleep.

the location was excellent , being near Higashi-Shinjuku subway station made it easy to get around. i appreciated the in-room washer-dryer. the availability of complimentary hot coffee in the dining area was a nice touch.

the bedsheets were not particularly comfortable , as they were made of polyester.

I found the location convenient with easy access to various shops. The in-room washing machine was a significant plus for longer stays. Staff members were always available and ready to assist with any questions or requests i had.

The location was perfect for exploring. i especially appreciated having a washing machine and dryer in the room. staff were polite, and i found the room itself spacious and clean. It definitely met my needs.

I did notice a slight odor in the bathroom at times. I suspected an issue with the pipes.

The staff was polite and helpful . My room was upgraded upon arrival (a lovely surprise after a long flight!). The hotel is conveniently situated between two metro stations. I particularly appreciated the washing machine in the room. It was very useful.

The street outside my room was quite noisy. There seemed to be a constant stream of ambulances and other loud vehicles throughout the night. The noise definitely affected my sleep quality (earplugs are recommended!).
